We join the construction of the "Optimal House"

Our company is always willing to support innovative solutions, which is why we joined the "Optimal House" project with real pleasure within the framework of which an estate of energy-saving houses is being built.

Housing estate in Radostowice near Pszczyna will consist of six brick houses. The selection of building materials and systems was not only carefully balanced in terms of construction and maintenance costs, but also environmental aspects were taken into account. For creators, the most important aspect was the energy-efficiency of the house and the production from natural raw materials or the ease of possible recycling.

According to the assumptions of the diversified construction, the estate was designed by the architect Robert Konieczny from KWK Promes, known for unconventional, award-winning ideas. His innovative idea fulfills 5 energy tasks: it provides heat, protects against overheating, provides daylight and fresh air, and locally generates electricity through photovoltaic panels installed on the roof, in accordance with its purpose, location and assumed budget.

The first model house is to be completed already in 2017. The price of a house with an area of 160 m2 (142 m2 of living space + 18 m2 garage in a building structure) with a plot area of 820 m will amount to approximately 430 thousand PLN.

Our company has contributed to its construction – the roof will be covered with anthracite ceramic tiles Bergamo, which ensures a permanent and timeless protection of the house against rainfall. Röben materials will also be used for the construction of next houses.
