The winners of the competition "Small architecture from Röben clinker" have been selected!

We chose the best competition works prepared by students of architecture. At the beginning of March, the competition "Small architecture from Röben clinker" lasting from 6th of February came to an end. The participants presented their ideas for incorporating so-called small architecture into existing single- or multi-family buildings. The jury selected five winners and distinguished four most interesting projects.

The task of the students taking part in the competition was to design a selected element of small architecture – e.g. a flower bed, a grill, gazebo, pergola or fencing, and incorporate it into the existing space of multi-family or single-family buildings. The second requirement was to use ceramics of our company in the design. The aim of the "Small Architecture from the Röben Clinker" competition was to give students of the Faculty of Architecture of the Wrocław University of Technology an opportunity to improve their skills in the field of design and develop their creativity and ingenuity.

All the submitted works presented a modern approach to the subject and due to their diversity, our jury composed of: Andrzej Meronk – commercial director of Röben Polska, Krzysztof Omilian, expert of Röben Polska and Janusz Bułat, representative of the Faculty of Architecture of the Wrocław University of Technology, had a real difficulty in choosing the best project. After thoroughly getting acquainted with the competition designs and long, dynamic debates, the judges chose the authors of the best works, whose names will be announced during the gala dinner, which will take place on March 23, 2017 at the Spiż Restaurant in Wrocław.
